Meet Our Director
Hello, I’m Monique Faulkner, Founder and Director of Prestige Children’s Academy. Caring for and supporting children has always been close to my heart, and opening this center is a reflection of my passion for helping children grow, learn, and feel valued every single day.
I believe that early childhood is one of the most important stages of development, and every child deserves a safe, loving, and structured environment where they can build confidence and discover their potential. As a director, I lead with patience, intention, and a genuine commitment to each child and family we serve.
At Prestige Children’s Academy, we focus on more than just childcare. Through our tailored curriculum, nurturing staff, and supportive environment, we create meaningful experiences that help children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I take great pride in ensuring our center operates with the highest standards of care, safety, and professionalism.
My goal is for every family to feel a sense of trust and comfort, knowing their child is in a place where they are not only cared for—but truly known and appreciated.

Leah Barnett is a dedicated Infant Teacher with over six years of experience caring for and educating young children. Known for her nurturing spirit, patience, and attentive care, Leah has built a strong reputation for creating a warm, safe, and loving environment where infants can thrive.
Her passion for early childhood development shines through in the meaningful connections she builds with both children and families. Leah is highly sought after for her gentle approach, dependable nature, and ability to provide individualized care that supports each child’s growth and development.

Lead Teacher
Mrs. Tammy Fagin brings well over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and has built a strong reputation not only with families, but throughout the community as well. Known for her nurturing spirit, patience, and dedication to children, Mrs. Tammy has positively impacted the lives of countless families over the years.
From lovingly caring for infants to educating and guiding toddlers through important developmental milestones, she consistently creates a safe, warm, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Her passion for early learning, combined with her compassionate approach, truly makes her a gem in the field of childcare and education.
